The HubSpot Link List section displays all HubSpot links in a structured tabular format. This view allows users to quickly see details of each link.


Table Columns

  • Hubspot Link ID
    A unique identifier for each HubSpot link.

  • Name
    The name of the HubSpot link.

  • Link
    The URL or address of the HubSpot link.

  • Slug
    The slug or short identifier for the link.

  • Type
    The type/category of the HubSpot link.

  • Appointment Count
    The total number of appointments associated with this link.

  • Default
    Indicates if this link is set as the default (Yes/No).


Sorting

You can sort the list of HubSpot links by clicking on the column headers in the table. Sorting helps in organizing and quickly finding link records based on different attributes.

Available Sorting Fields

Sorting can be applied in both ascending (A–Z) and descending (Z–A) order.


Row Count (Rows per Page)

The Row Count option lets you control how many records are displayed per page in the links table.

Unlike standard systems where you can only select from fixed options (like 10, 25, 50, 100),
in this CRM the user can manually enter any number for rows per page.

For example:

  • If you enter 15, then 15 link records will be shown on the current page.
  • If you enter 75, then 75 link records will be shown on the current page.
  • You can enter any number based on your preference.

HubSpot Users - ERT

The HubSpot Users - ERT section displays all HubSpot users in a structured tabular format. This view allows users to quickly see details of each user and perform actions as needed.


Table Columns

  • Hubspot User ID
    A unique identifier for each HubSpot user.

  • First Name
    The user's first name.

  • Last Name
    The user's last name.

  • Email
    The user's email address.

  • Super Admin
    Indicates if the user has super admin privileges (Yes/No).

  • Appointment Count
    The total number of appointments associated with this user.


You can sort the list of HubSpot users by clicking on the column headers in the table or use the search feature to quickly find users by name or email. Sorting helps in organizing and quickly finding user records based on different attributes.
