The Mail Channel module allows you to manage all aspects of your email sending infrastructure within the CRM. This includes creating and updating mail channels, integrating with mail service providers, deploying code to domains, and monitoring status—all from a single interface.
📄️ List
The Mail Channel List section displays all the mailchannel created by the admin in a structured tabular format. This view allows users to quickly see details of each mail channel and perform actions like view, edit.
📄️ Create or Update
The Mail Channel Create & Update functionality allows users to create new Mail Channels or modify existing ones. Both actions are performed on the same page, with the only difference being whether the fields are blank (create) or pre-filled (update).
📄️ View
The View page provides a comprehensive overview of a selected Mail Channel, displaying all its configuration details and related actions in a read-only format.
