List

The Mail Channel List section displays all the mailchannel created by the admin in a structured tabular format. This view allows users to quickly see details of each mail channel and perform actions like view, edit.

Table Columns​

  • ID
    A unique identifier for each mail channel.

  • Mail Service Name
    Multiple mail services shown that is associated with the mail channel.

  • Mail Templates
    Multiple email templates shown that is associated with the mail channel.

  • Website
    The website associated with the mail channel.

  • Status
    Shows whether the mail channel is active or inactive.

  • Action
    Options provided to the user for managing the template:

    • View → Open and preview the mail channel.
    • Edit → Make changes to the mail channel.

Sorting​

You can sort the list of mail channel by clicking on the column headers in the table. Sorting helps in organizing and quickly finding website records based on different attributes.

Available Sorting Fields​

WebsiteSorts mail channel alphabetically by their name.
StatusSorts mail channel alphabetically by their status.

Sorting can be applied in both ascending (A–Z) and descending (Z–A) order.

Row Count (Rows per Page)​

The Row Count option lets you control how many records are displayed per page in the mail channel table.

How It Works​

Unlike standard systems where you can only select from fixed options (like 10, 25, 50, 100),
in this CRM the user can manually enter any number for rows per page.

For example:

  • If you enter 15, then 15 website records will be shown on the current page.
  • If you enter 75, then 75 website records will be shown on the current page.
  • You can enter any number based on your preference.

This gives you full flexibility to decide how many records you want to view at once.

Example​

If you choose:

  • Sorting by Name (A–Z) → mail channel will be listed alphabetically from A to Z.
  • Row Count: 30 → Exactly 30 mail channel will be displayed on the current page.

This ensures better readability and allows you to customize the view according to your needs.
