View
The View page provides a comprehensive overview of a selected Mail Channel, displaying all its configuration details and related actions in a read-only format.
What You Can See
When you open the View page for a Mail Channel, you will see the following information:
1. Basic Information
- Mail Channel Name: The unique name identifying the mail channel.
- Domain: The domain registered for sending emails.
- Website: The website associated with this mail channel.
- Tracking Domain: The tracking domain (if applicable).
- Mail Templates: List of email templates linked to this mail channel.
2. Mail Service
The Mail Service section provides detailed information about the integration between your mail channel and the selected email service provider. This information is displayed in a tabular format for clarity.
- Domain: The domain registered for sending emails.
- Service Name: The mail service provider used for domain management (e.g., Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark).
- Status: Indicates whether the domain has been verified by the provider.
- DNS Records: Lists the DNS records (SPF, DKIM, MX, etc.) retrieved from the provider, required for domain verification and email authentication.
- Testing Status: Shows the result of any test emails or DNS checks performed for this domain.
Each row includes a Send Test Email button.
Send Test Email
When you click the Send Test Email button in the Testing Status column, a popup appears with two input fields:
- Email: Enter the recipient's email address for the test.
- Description: Enter a description or message to include in the test email.
After filling in both fields, click Send to dispatch a test email using the selected domain and mail service provider. The result will be displayed in the Testing Status column.
3. WHM Service
The WHM Service section manages the hosting and deployment configuration for each domain associated with the mail channel. This step allows you to review and control server-side setup and deployment.
- Domain: The domain being configured.
- NS Record & FTP Details: Displays the nameserver records and FTP credentials for cPanel access in dialog boxes.
- Status: Shows the deployment status (
inprocess,deployed,queued,failed,redeploy). - Skip Server Configuration: Toggle switch to skip server configuration and deployment for this domain. If toggled on, the configuration button is hidden.
- Action:

Logs: Icon/button to view deployment logs in a popup.

Testing Status: Indicates if the deployment has been tested (
TestedorNot Tested). -
Configure: Opens a configuration setup popup for server deployment.
- Website: Select the website associated with this deployment.
- Company Name: Enter or view the Company Name.
- Operates: Name of the operator or responsible person.
- Logo Upload: Upload a logo for the domain/company.
