List

The Tracking Domain List section displays all tracking domains created in the system in a structured tabular format. This view allows users to quickly see details of each tracking domain and perform actions such as view or manage.


Table Columns

  • Tracking Domain Id:
    A unique identifier for each tracking domain.

  • Domain:
    The domain name being tracked.

  • Tracking Domain Status:
    Indicates the current status of the tracking domain (e.g., Active, Inactive).

  • User Level:
    The user level or permission associated with the tracking domain.

  • Total Sent:
    The total number of emails sent using this tracking domain.

  • Status:
    Shows whether the tracking domain is active or inactive.

  • Action:
    Options provided to the user for managing the tracking domain, such as:

    • View: Open and preview the tracking domain details.

Sorting

You can sort the list of tracking domains by clicking on the column headers in the table. Sorting helps in organizing and quickly finding records based on different attributes.

Available Sorting Fields

DomainSorts alphabetically by domain name.

Sorting can be applied in both ascending (A–Z) and descending (Z–A) order.


Row Count (Rows per Page)

The Row Count option lets you control how many records are displayed per page in the tracking domain table.

Unlike standard systems with fixed options (like 10, 25, 50, 100), in this CRM you can manually enter any number for rows per page.

For example:

  • If you enter 15, then 15 tracking domain records will be shown on the current page.
  • If you enter 75, then 75 tracking domain records will be shown on the current page.

You can enter any number based on your preference, giving you full flexibility to decide how many records you want to

Sync Button

There is also a Sync button at the top of the page for syncing domains from Hypermail. This allows you to update the tracking domain list with the latest data from the Hypermail system.
