Create or Update
The Mail Template Create & Update functionality allows users to create new email templates or modify existing ones. Both actions are performed on the same page, with the only difference being whether the fields are blank (create) or pre-filled (update).
When Creating a Mail Template
- Accessed by clicking the Create button located at the top-left corner of the Mail Template page.
- A new page opens where the user must enter template details.
- All fields are empty by default.
When Updating a Mail Template
- Accessed by clicking the Edit button in the Action column of the template list.
- The same page opens, but with pre-filled values from the selected template.
- The user can modify fields and update the template.
Fields

Title (required)
A short name to identify the email template. -
Subject (required)
The subject line of the email that will be visible to the recipient. -
Content
The body of the email. Can be written in HTML or plain text.
Saving the Template
When the Save button is clicked, a popup appears showing the Mail Template Score.
Mail Template Score Includes:
- Overall Score – Combined quality and effectiveness score.
- CTA Strength – Measures the strength of Call-to-Action elements.
- Deliverability – Checks email deliverability and spam probability.
- Clarity – Ensures the email is clear and concise.
- Grammar – Validates grammar and spelling.
- Personalization – Evaluates how well the email is personalized.
Popup Actions

Recreate
Closes the popup and allows the user to edit the template before saving again. -
Save
Confirms the action and either creates a new template or updates an existing one.
