List

The system stores website data in the database. Each record contains the following fields:

  • Name → The name of the contact or company.
  • Email → The primary email address.
  • Website → The website URL of the company/contact.
  • Address → Street address information.
  • Status → Status of website data in the system.
  • Email Sent at → The date and time when the first email was sent.
  • Score → Show the Lighthouse performance score.

Each field can be mapped from a CSV/Excel file when importing data into the system. The first row of the file is used as the options for mapping.


Filter Options

The system provides several filter options to narrow down results for website data. These filters help in targeting specific data based on states, domains, website availability, and email status.


1. Select State

  • You can select multiple states at once.
  • The system will filter the results to include only records from the selected states.

2. Exclude or Filter by Domains

  • You can exclude multiple domains from the results.
  • You can also filter by multiple domains to include only specific domains in the results.

3. Filter by Website Presence

  • With Website → Shows only records that have a website listed.
  • Without Website → Shows only records that do not have a website listed.

4. Filter by Status

The system tracks the email sending progress for each record. You can filter records based on the following statuses:

  • Not Yet Sent
  • First Email Sent
  • Second Email Sent
  • Third Email Sent
  • First Email In Queue
  • Second Email In Queue
  • Third Email In Queue
  • Unsubscribed
  • Convert on First Email
  • Convert on Second Email
  • Convert on Third Email

Using these filters together allows precise targeting of website data for email campaigns and reporting.

5. Field-Level Filters

You can filter records based on individual field values. For each field, you can select a Filter Type and provide a Filter Value.

Filter Types Available:
=, !=, LIKE, LIKE %..%, NOT LIKE, NOT LIKE %...%, IN (...), NOT IN (...), IS NULL, IS NOT NULL, UNIQUE
